Roast Profile Control Software

The ROURE Roast Profile Control Software allows you to:

  • Safely save, reproduce, and adjust all user-defined recipes.

  • Manually modify parameters during the roasting process, if desired.

  • Accurately replicate reference curves, automatically adjusting the modulating burner power (regulated by percentage through our software) to achieve the perfect roast profile in every batch.

Key Advantage: The software is fully integrated — no additional licenses or monthly fees required.

Automatic Roasting Process – ROURE ERC-30 Roaster (30 kg/batch capacity)

ROURE roasters are equipped with PT-100 probes to accurately record both supply air and product temperatures throughout the roasting process.

The basic version of the ER-30 model operates manually. As an option, it can be fitted with semi-automatic or fully automatic control through an intuitive touchscreen panel.

Automatic Roasting Start

The roasting process begins by pressing the ON/OFF button, which activates:

  • The rotating drum
  • The exhaust system
  • The burner

When the temperature controller reaches the first preset value in the PLC, and provided that the hopper level sensor is activated, the loading door opens for a defined period and then closes automatically, initiating the roasting cycle.

Coffee Discharge and Cooling

At the end of the roast:

  • The cooler paddles and fan motors are activated.

  • The discharge gate opens for the preset time until the product is completely released.

Once the discharge gate closes, the machine automatically returns to the first setpoint of the temperature controller and, once the hopper level sensor is reactivated, the roasting cycle restarts.

The cooling process is also preprogrammed and automatically ends once the defined time has elapsed.

Process Safety

The loading, discharge, and cooling outlet gates ensure a safe and reliable process.

For units equipped with fully automatic control, an additional protective cover is included on the cooling tray sieve as an extra safety measure.
